* Please note that each paper must have at least one registered author, and final submissions are due by September 30th,  2025. Papers from authors who fail to register by September 30th,  2025, will be removed from both the program and the proceedings.

Remark:

  • These registration fees include VAT 7%.
  • One general registration covers up to two accepted papers and one Gala dinner ticket.
  • One student registration covers one accepted paper and one Gala dinner ticket.
  • The “Elderly (65+) / Persons with Disabilities / Thai citizen” fee covers one accepted paper and one Gala dinner ticket. The fee difference will be subsidized by the government of Thailand.
  • The “Group of 5 and more” fee is for one person, covers one accepted paper and one Gala dinner ticket.
  • gSIC Registration Fees and not including Gala Dinner ticket.
  • Gala Dinner ticket must be purchased in advance only.

Conference registration includes conference package, lunches and morning & afternoon breaks.
