Suvarnabhumi Airport, also known as Bangkok International Airport is the main international Airport in Thailand. It’s located on Samut Prakan Province about 25 kilometres (16 mi) east of downtown Bangkok. Suvarnabhumi is the tenth busiest in the World, and also a major air cargo hub with a total of 95 airlines.

Don Mueang International Airport is the airport which provides a wide variety of aviation services including regular and irregular domestic flights as well as irregular international flights. Due to the good location, spacious area, and adequate facilities, Don Mueang Airport is an airport which customers have been greatly satisfied with.

Lumphini Station is an underground station on the MRT Blue Line located along Rama IV Road in central Bangkok. It is situated near the intersection with Witthayu Road and provides convenient access to Lumphini Park, one of the city’s largest and most popular green spaces.
Option 1: MRT + BTS (Most cost-effective)
Take the MRT Blue Line from Lumphini Station to Si Lom Station (1 stop).
Walk to the BTS Sala Daeng Station (connected by a skywalk or short street walk).
Take the BTS Silom Line from Sala Daeng to Siam Station, then transfer to the BTS Sukhumvit Line and ride to Phloen Chit Station.
Exit towards Witthayu (Wireless) Road. The Athenee Hotel is about a 3–5 minute walk from the station.
Estimated time: ~25–30 minutes
Estimated cost: ~฿50–60 total (MRT + BTS)
Option 2: MRT + Taxi or Grab (Fast and comfortable)
From MRT Lumphini Station, take a taxi or Grab directly to The Athenee Hotel.
The distance is about 2.5–3 km, depending on traffic conditions.
Estimated time: ~10–15 minutes
Estimated cost: ~฿90–120
Option 3: Walking (For short-distance walkers)
The total distance is about 2.1 km (1.3 miles).
You can walk along Wireless Road (Witthayu Road).
Estimated time: ~25–30 minutes
Cost: Free
Phloen Chit Station is an elevated BTS Skytrain station on the Sukhumvit Line, located in Pathum Wan District, Bangkok. The station sits along Phloen Chit Road, near the Phloen Chit intersection and Wireless Road, just beyond the beginning of Sukhumvit Road.
Walk from Phloen Chit Station (Recommended)
1. Exit Phloen Chit Station, preferably via Exit 1 or the main escalator leading to the BTS Skywalk.
2. Follow the elevated Skywalk corridor toward Central Embassy and continue on the walkway alongside Wireless (Witthayu) Road.
3. After about 300 meters, you’ll arrive at the entrance of The Athenee Hotel—about a 5-minute walk from the station.
